The type of internal parasite that Prazi will target is not an immediate threat to the ray. If you want to treat for internals as a profalactic, use Metro. This will wipe out the gut parasites, if any, that are causing a lack of appetite, clear poop, situation.

Clear poop is parasites. Do not be concerned about the green poop. What kind of rays are they? do you have them in appropriate water conditions?

Dose with Prazi for sure. Cant hurt. What kind of rays? Pics?!
