ive never kept a ray b4 but id like one to start with preferibly a very small ray one that doesent grow that big it would also help if u gues could post some info to help me thanx guys

hystrix ray!!!

i got a book on keeping f/w rays im selling
8 shipped
lmk if you want it

a hystrix and reticulus are very common and are the "cheeper" rays they only get about a 12"disk they often call them tea cup rays but any ray can be called tea cups that the disk is under 4 inches :headbang2

a small ray doesn't mean it's easier to take care of. infact, to my knowledge, the "teacup" rays are much are sensitive than the larger ray and more expensive rays like motoros and leopoldis.

if you're a beginner, I'd suggest that you buy the book rayman is offering.

all rite ill get rays adreese later on aim or somthing the reason i want a small ray is cause i want him ot have tons of room to swim

my advice is start with motoro or if you can afford it, jump straight to pdr. pdr are the hardiest and easiest ray to keep, and very beautiful too..

teacup rays are weak and die easily, imho not even worth a 2nd thought..
