Rays aggression thread.

I am hoping their aggression goes down with age. I tried to video my male flower trying to rip the nose off of my female marble last night but he would stop when I got close. He was on her back and you could see him yanking back and pull the front of her disk up. Little bullies for sure

If you can please post the video FishDog. I want to see those perfect angels in action. I got so frustrated one time and poke my male in the face because he was bullying the female. I did it kinda hard, I felt bad after that. The day i hit him was the day i separated them. I got to a point that if i didn't move him I was going hit again.

Thats strange you guys are experiencing this behavior, flowers and tigers are the most gentle rays I have ever owned, my flowers are 5yrs with me captive raised them since they were 5" and my tigers are 6.5yrs captive raised also. Blacks and browns were always to agressive that's why I no longer own blacks or browns. I will take pictures of them tomorrow and post also Edetoro or something close sorry for misspell has a captive pair of flowers going on 5yrs+ also maybe he can chime in too.
