Gacricardo im sorry to derail Again .Also onother point on fish and game i was fishing in northern cali almost origon for king salmon about 4 to five years ago can not remember exact date . But we had one of the best years fishing in maybe 15 years I caught as much as i could eat in two days.My grand parents stay up there about 4 months out of the year.ANYWAY after we left for our two week vacation it was late sept. on the klamath river and we fish at the mouth of the river in august were it empties into the ocean .in sept. the fish have made there way up the river to spawn and there was not enough water for the fish to go further wilds i mean. Anyway fish and game stood there and watched a kill off like you would not believe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They could have just milked enough fish to ensure not so much devistation but they did not in my opinion there is no excuse for this they are funded federaly and should have done something .Yet they are going to tell someone they cannot have a ray.Also the reason the fish could not make it were man made barriors such as dams the fish ladders did not have enough water !! it just frustrates me that they have enough money to run around checking to see what fish the public has .But stand and watch one of the most baeutiful game fish in the world die!!! Im talking probly 100000 fish they said it was 20000 just poo poo ing it just nonsense!My grand parents were there they saw this in person and called me on there cell phone.Actually I am ashamed to say as im typing this that i have done nothing and probly need to thats why things like this happen!Almost makes you want to cry.

Geeeze austin i know i went on a rant that really did not have to do with the question ouch!! But i just dont see how keeping a ray in texas florida and cali because people just do what they want unless they get caught .And we both know a ray population could not sustaian itself up here or it already would be One more ouch!!!!I know the law is the law.
