The tank is 8 feet long 40" wide and 24" tall. It's 5 sided. Front glass panel is 77" and the angled panel is 30"

Datnoid is about 7 or 8 inches maybe? I didn't measure him when I moved the fish. Arowana is 17 inches

Filtration is 110 gallon sump. 2100 gph pump, submerged media and fluidized bed. 3 chambers total.

I appreciate the kind words. This tank and the fish in it are literally my dream. I've been working towards this for over 2 years! I started buying the materials to build this tank over a year ago and put things together as time and money would allow. I picked up the fish one at a time and was very careful to get the highest quality I could find. I really got lucky with all 4 fish. All fish but the aro came from MFK members. It was a long road and I learned a lot as I put this together. It's awesome to see this dream become a reality!

Simple, about the fish (look great BTW) and clean! My kind of tank. Well done Travis
It was partially inspired by your 600...I liked the blacked out look. Had to go light colored tile for the bottom to keep the rays from getting too dark.

Cool, thank you! I'm glad you posted this because I was trying to decide what color to do the current project with. Blue back with white tile. I like yours a lot. Mind my asking where and what tile that is?

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. It's capri classic tile from lowes. The color is kind of a sandy mix with marbled patches of lighter color throughout. Gives it a natural look I guess. Plus it's light enough colored to reflect light up on the arowana giving him a glowing effect.
The number on the box is CPR-12C
