I have not tried ghost shrimp and yes there is sand. next step will be seperating her. i am just really worried about stressing her out.

I am not going to count on it yet, but I believe she ate today....I found very small mysis shrimp at the store and put them in there and she attacked them right away. She seems to be ingesting them....Time will tell, but it was the most convincing feed I have had yet.

So I think the stomach shrinking theory is dead on. This morning I fed her baby mysiss shrimp. Basically fed her them all day. This afternoon I threw fatheads in there to see how she would react. She cased them around as always but was very week so could not catch them. I ended up catching and killing them for her. She is now on number 5!
