the ammoia is barely readable but the nitrate seems to have gone up substantially in the past day or so. kinda wierd but ill be doing a water change as soon as the tapwater filter filters out 5 gal of water.

If you have another tank with fish I would transfur some water from there to your tank it sounds like it might be new tank syndrome if you ask me. How long was the tank cycled before you intoduce your Pygo's

the tank has been running for a few months, it had other fish in it but i moved them and kept it running for the reds.
