I think fungus would be the biggest threat right now. I used to add some methylene blue or acriflavin to the water to fight the fungus but it can stain the silicone in your tank. However, clean, oxygen rich water is the most important thing. Check out some of the fish breeding books by Willy jocher. I don't know how big the fry will be but baby brine shrimp might be too big. You might need to feed them a culture of paramecium or something. Hope this helps....
