the yellow one is a piraya, and good luck ,because they are almost, if not impossible to get your hands on nowadays, and you'll need big bux, even for the little ones
:iagree:

What if the reds are larger??

its a bad idea , sorry to dissapoint you, even rhoms should not be in the same tanks as one another, having many in your tanks at one time if your a seller you suffer loss and lots of nips, reds can be shoaled with other pygos , caribe terns and piraya, prolly be your best bet, rhoms have a slow growth rate if you get a smaller on you can use a smaller tank and grow it out, eventually upgrading, i think that would be your best option if your set on buying reds and a rhom.

how big is ur tank?..I have heard of people do it ...but with large tanks 135 and up..but its not suggested ...hasn't been very successful:)

I paid 100$ for mine. It was marked at 250, but since my roommates and I supply our LFS with it's mixed plastic containers, they gave it to us for 100$ and a box of plastic cylindrical containers. We get the plastics for free haha.

yeah nowadays $100 for an 8" is great, it always was like $40 for 3-4"'s, and now people want like $2000 for 14"ers, and being it doesn't take long at all to grow pygo's out to large sizes, unlike serra's which would take 10+ years to grow out to that, supply and demand on those fish is so out of whack now. congrats on your purchase anyways:)
