30 years got my first tamiya grasshopper and frog when i was 6. mechanical speed controls lol ive been out of the hobby for over 2 years now but still have some bad ass stuff. i think im feeling it again. i have 2 tmaxxes 2 emaxxes some boats a few gas cars. seeing your pics makes me want to charge up my ignitors and throw in some new glow plugs. need gas though. i used all i had layin around for starting bon fires lol

Dang 30 years ive got about 25. If i can remember my first way tamiya clod buster. I also had a grasshopper Lol. Took myself out the hobby for a while too. These recent threads have definatly got me thinking about firing them up again. The only thing that suck is almost everyone i used to run with is out of the hobby, guess time to find some new people. whats gonna be fun is making some high speed passes on camera. i never had a vid cam before now. i can actualy film some shots with the radar gun!
Whats the fastest rc you have had? Mine was my traxxas jato before I set it up to dirt race. I clocked it at 87 mph. Funny part i did it on the hwy in front of a rc shop one of my friends owned. You should have seen the look on the motorists faces as this small rc flew by them (priceless). Ill try to do some vids next weekend after i get mine goin.

but how do you control it, there is no steering linkage and lawn mower, and anyone with lawn household lawn mower knows you need to pull that little rope looking to start it up
