I am thinking of getting rid of my red devil (About 4") and getting a small 2-3" oscar i am a little over packed, but i can't afford a bigger tank. i am slowly downsizing. The thing is, the tank is boring the crap out of me, and i want to get some new life in it.

So: Toss RD for oscar-
good
bad
or the same

Also, the rd is a female and breeds with a 6" parrot, no haching, angry fish, something always dies. even when not breeding, the RD is a little b!tch. my 2" parrot is afraid to come out of its cave

How bigs your tank?

I wouldn't do it regardless. Oscars have a huge bioload, and if you're already cramped...

That's my take too. If your tank is cramped, adding an oscar will only make things worse.

if the tanks over loaded just get rid of the rd. why put a new fish in? if' it's such a ****** that you say it is it's absence should bring the new life to the tank anyway.

halo fish boy what kind o fish is this supposed to be?

<'))**><

If you're bored then maybe fish just aren't for you. With that rd being as mean as it is it shouldn't be boring.
