ya know, i have both in my 210G and i have always been really attached to my oscars but youlll find that when they get biggger the RD will give you more entertainment and i think its a little more rewarding, icant speak for other rd keepers out there but mine was really shy , always hiding for about the 1st 9monthe to a year, when he finially started to come around it was awesome , also like stated before if you want to see more...house less, get rid of some fish man you like it better in the long run. depending on tank size id say if you dont have at least a 70 gal. i wouldnt keep either unless by themselves. my opinion would be to get the rd and maby a nice cat. like a raphael or somthin like that, thats not gonna get huge
