Your 75 is 18 inches in width right? If so, then yes he will get 14 inches if it's a male, and you stay consistant with your 50% water changes. I'd really offer a more variety of food, and I really wouldn't feed beef heart too much. I'd mix up some frozen krill, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, bloodworms, some frozen spirulina and some of those high quality "Ocean Nutrution" brand frozen foods. Even if they are for marine fish, don't let that fool you and always check the ingredients. Their "Shark" formula is one of the best frozen foods for Rd/midas IMO. :)

Just because he can, doens't mean he WILL hit 14".

And a 90 won't reduce aggression lol. You need I'd say at least 125+ before agression is reduced, but a truly MONSTER tank is required to alleviate it.

Well it's quite positive he will reach atleast 12 inches if it's a male. Although I still think 14 is more then likely eventually. If anything I'd say it's the 15-16' inch range that isn't as common. But yet, It still happens.

Thanks for the info Nomad, that's exactly what I thought. a 90 isn't much more then a 75 anyhow, and since I want my fish to be very agressive, I've now decided not to get anything bigger then a 90 gallon. LOL, even my LFS told me they thought anything over a 90 was just too impractical for a single "wet pet". :D
