I agree with it all.Im very new here and have enjoyed all the help ive got in just a few weeks!I have had fish off and on for about 15 yrs and have always had to ask for help.Ive learned so much here that I have gotten into fish i never even knew about and where they come from like BLOOD PARROTS LOL.I know they are freaks and such but I like them and have a pair now!So just go buy a 55 or 60 whatever and youll be fine!

your very welcome:D

im going to have to say 55gal is your best bet until you can get some thing larger...let him get big enough in your 15 so he is visible in the 55 dont just buy nad transfer cause then a lil fish in big tank makes hard to train him to come to top for food...do water cahnges everyother in your 15 when he starts growing then transfer to the 55 when hes appropriate size...sorry i know i reapeated a few thing is there. any who thats my two cents on the issue (based on my expeirence with two RD's:naughty: )

little fish in a big tank are fine but imo they need dithers to feel safe. you would be just fine putting your little red devil in a 55 right now but add say a group of 8-10 zebra danios. they're cheap so a group of 8-10 wouldn't be too expensive and you can move them out once you can tell the rd is comfortable and once he/she gets to the size that the danios would become a snack. :)

There is no point in you buying a 55 or a 90, just buy another 75. Its a better tank and not much more expensive than the 55, and is about the same size as the 90.
