hi, I have a 3inches RD and I would like to know what is the size that it can grow in a year in a tank with 90gallons.
thanks:thumbsup:

if the fish was all by itself, dont be surprised if it puts on another 8 or 9 inches. i had one for three months. bought it about an inch long and that beast was about six inches when i had to give it up because it was so mean. just do lots of nice big water changes and it should be huge in no time.

ok,thank you.I`ll do big water changes to see my rd growing up fast.

Right on there. You want him to explode, feed high protein foods and do two water changes a week instead of one. 30%-50% each time. "The General" is 10" and about...well, I think about 11-12 months old. Toss in some shrimp now and then. A shrimp ring from the grocery store can last a while, just break off a couple, stick it back in the freezer, and thaw the shrimp in a mug of hot tap water. FreeNinety9 is 100% right with the water changes, even with just a good staple food he'll be a monster in a few short months.

if prperly fed and cared for could easily get to 10in. in a year. if the genetics are right. good feeding and more changes than you think you should do and you will be good. you will have beast in no time.

I'm grew mine in a 30g...It took seven months for him to grow from 2in to almost 8in....I do three 25-40% water changes per week....And temperature is set at 82degrees for fast growth...He now owns a 100g to himself and is one mean motha fudgsickle....

my Midas stop growing for 6 months @ 7 inches in my 55g
I do large water change weekly(more than 50%)
and feed 3 times a day
