last year i have 2 batches of babies.. all in total of 7 babies.. after the last batch i put the egg create back in place so the male wont bother the female for a while.. about 5 month ago i too the divider out and till then my male would bite and nibb the female but NO babies..... anyone with this experience or have this problem?? i change water constantly like every 2-4 days i would change 30-45% water so it would stimulate the male trying to do the female.. all the end no Babies..

Everybody has this problem from time to time.Sometimes the female just ain't willing to let him flip her.
Sometimes in my experiences I've messed around with the balance in my tanks to much and have to many fish, to much going on is a bad thing for my females. Sometimes feeding more might stimulate them and switching diets . I had a one that would not agree to breed for quite sometime I had to remove rays and fish and switched to a straight reverse osmosis drip for two months and finally it happened .
The key is just get her comfortable . Maybe you've added another fish since than ??

guess the female isn't letting the male flip her.. i have been reducing tank mates than introducing them.. for 2-3yrs i haven't introduce a new member into my 180 and since then i have reducing stock. few times i have sold to local MFKers.. i guess its time for me to get a 120 temp tank to house the male for a while till the female are comfortable in her own tank then put the male back into with her..
