I'm not pissed off at all. Never was. I also never said that what the OP did was the end of the world. That was you, adding your dramatic flair to the discussion.

Ok. I guess i figured the toughest man in Canada wouldnt have been bothered.

I want to make you happy. Help me do that. Should i stay away from emoji's ? Not quote you ? Only use emoji's ? Never contradict you ? Add some compliments when disagreeing?

Lets fix the broken wings of our relationship!!

Above is a picture of my tank. It's 210 gallons, my largest fish is 5 inch at best.
Yes I have lots of decor, I still have plenty of swimming space. The fish have room to swim, hide and breed. They have plenty of scenery to interact with, leaf litter to forage through for food.
I would bet my last penny that they lead a happier life than a 14 inch Oscar stuck in a 55 gallon for the next 15 years.
It's actually painstakingly obvious to anyone with half a brain.

That's not just a tank, that's a work of art.

Thats a great looking tank. Agreed better than an oscar in a 55.

But how do you know they are happy ? I mean still in a glass box right ?

I can't honestly say they are living the dream. I can't talk to fish.
Having said that they have no predators, there is zero aggression but lots of Interaction. I have multiple species breeding at will and no health issues.
So I can't speak for my fish but I'm confident they are doing OK.
I can't say that for an oscar in a 55.
I really don't see how my scenario can be compared or refranced for this debate.
Keep digging.
