I found Emailing Anthony the best way.
I ordered wild xC ornatum from them, they were @ 1" when I got them, they now are like this.
 
It seems they are a day or two for a new email to be answered. Once you are answered it seems they then respond back quite quickly. Ive order a few fish in the past and have had excellent transactions. But then I am the next state over and everything comes by the next day anyways.
 
Never had a problem getting a return email within a day or two, and ordering has been trouble free. Jessica has taken over the sales support emails from Anthony (sales@wetspottropicalfish.com).
 
I emailed Jessica about an order on December 30th and had a reply from her December 31st. Their email address is right at the top of their stock list on their website:

I also communicated with jessica regarding the vieja heterospilus and had no issues fish were packaged great. I would put the packaging and condition of the fish ahead of even rapps (almost all my fish came from him)

Yea who to send the email to wasn't the issue. Just wanted to check on email turn around as I've waited up to several weeks stupidly to hear from a vendor only to find out after the fact they were out of business, or something happened, etc etc. I've gotten to where I'm pretty anal about email correspondence when dealing with any sort of good/service. I would have called them up instead, but having had a sick kid for the better part of 2 years.. makes dealing on the phone pretty hard generally speaking.

At any rate, Jessica got up with me last night after I'd gotten to bed with the kiddo, so if anyone here had a hand in that I do appreciate it. Just got back with her a short bit ago with a few changes for my daughters tank. Hopefully I'll have some red sevs and chocolates coming in soon :)
 
Awesome cant wait to see pics. Sorry about the issues with your daughter. I know shes gonna love her new fish
