real beat up fish.

so i got this kenyi who got real beat up by some other fish. now its in the breeder cage laying on the ground for the past 2 days.

its missing about 50% of its scales.

is there anything i can do to help it out? it seems to have a good will to live. any meds? i don't really want to kill it. it still breaths.
 
dont stress it..do have a hospital tank??? add some melafix for damaged funs etc and some stress coat and leave the lights off...Hope he pulls through
 
slightly increase temp, a bit of salt and air...and as said, leave it be...
 
man cichlids are tough i had one with its guts hangin out i a divider in tank it healed with a scar but its king of the tank now...lol
 
Same as above.... Kill the lights, maybe a little salt and stress coat.
 
Sorry for your loss. These Kenyi are almost impossible to kill. These are one of the toughest of the africans. I would be afraid to add one to my peacocks. Which one did it?
