Real Cheap Backgrounds

I was never a fan of painting the actual glass... So naturally, I didn't.

Also, it seems "odd" people miss the point. Simply removing a piece of paper from the back of the tank is all that is needed if you decide you don't like it. There is no need to move the tank around, scrape the glass with a razor blade, put the tank back etc...

To each their own.

paint the tank if your gonna paint stuff. why take the time to paint paper, what if you rip it?
1.) No.

2.) Because it's easy to do, and easy to remove.

3.) Don't rip it.

if you paint your tank its not going to rip and it looks good........ also if you ever want to take the paint off a razor and some elbow grease do the trick
It's not worth the hassle. I'd rather keep my tanks in place rather than move them around just to scrape off paint I didn't have to put on there in the first place.

Or get some black paper?
It doesn't have the same surface texture. Also, it doesn't neccesarily have to be black, you could do any color you want.
