Look into a fiberglass holding tank within the house instead of building right into the house itself. Red-Ewald (www.redewald.com) tanks work great for large set ups. I love them! And you can't beat the cost. Plus with panal set ups like they offer, you can make almost any shape.

A large oval or round set up could be done with minimal work if you have the floor space. With a 20 round you could do smoothhounds. To be honest I've seen bonnets kept in a 26 foot round - but you have to start with VERY small pups and pay very close attention to them.
