no at all pappy ;) i still believe this is a FAIL. a street needs one way signs when traffic is intended to go in "one way". otherwise, since this is america, drivers know to keep to the right side of the road and dont need signs to tell you which way traffic is flowing - unless of course it's only ONE WAY :)
 
I think its a fail cause the arrow should be in the direction of the street not crossing eachother.
