Its not really confusing tbf just new to me I've never seen a fish colour morph and lose so much pigment before , yes I've seen colour changes due to stress , breeding etc but nothing like that

Exactly....TBTB is saying this tsn could be a piebald being passed off as a leucistic and to be a bit weary of overpaying. Try and get as much backround as u can on the fish. Theres alot of normal color pattern on him that could come and go or change.
