Flowerhorns and Arros are not for me.

I don't really like flowerhorns or any fish with a hump for that matter. Of course I own a GT that will end up with one. I also don't get excited by bichirs or any of the more popular large catfish here.

At first I was amazed so many people said african cichlids, because I love mine, but I just have a simple 55g demasoni/lab tank and have no real urge to ever get a bigger one or more, or add peacocks, or anything. All my other tanks give me a constant urge to go bigger and add more fish, but this one is just fine as it is. Maybe a 75 for when they get a bit bigger. Going forward though I'm much more interested in the south americans than I am the africans.
