REALLY MAD

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you just dont have anywhere to house minnows you can put a few dozen in a 5 gallon bucket with an air stone. Thats what I did before I started using my big rubbermaid...

in the past month, mine have grown alot... every day my 2 bass eat between them 10 4-6cm feeders.. now they are onto 8-10cm feeders I got 10 yesterday, there is one left. they are so fat.. but, this is only the beginning.

I'm getting a shipment of koi soon, they are cheap, so every week, koi for dinner. hopefully they will eat all of them.. :P

they grow very quick on feeders.

My Pbass is doing very well on chopped up Earthworms,he has good Golden color and is very active,I've only had him a couple of weeks and on worms he has grown close to a half an inch.He also attacks flakes once in awhile.

We got Dozer when he was about 2 inches long in September of last year, he's about 8 inches now and seems to have slowed down growing. We don't feed live food because he has tank mates that are smaller than he is and i don't want him to eat them.

He eats frozen silversides and frozen krill, some shrimp from the butcher, bloodworms and brine shrimp that he steals from the smaller fish.. I feed him about the same amount twice a day, when the lights come on in the morning and just before they go out at night.

i bought my first one in late december, kept him on live food until just a week ago, he's almost 9 1/2 inches now..

now he's on market shrimp and hikari cichlid gold, but i plan to give hom minnows every month just to keep the fish in it's diet.
