Really Small Royal Clown Knifefish

Would it be a bad idea to have a synodontis petricola with my knife fish? Does the knife like eating from the bottom? So far he'll eat the bloodworms.
 
When I had mine, it would eat from all levels in the tank. I would wait on the cat though. You should let the knife settle in a little longer before adding anything else.
