realworld ID shark growth? owners only

Thank you.. at least now i know for sure..but now i would like to see some ID cats... what type are the silver tips{columbians or ID"s}? OR is that just a nic name?I have been calling mine columbians...haha good thing!

are they supposed to eventually be brackish? I have never heard that about mine, I have a pair of paroons, not ID's but very close, they have grown about inch a month, I got them when they were 3" and 4 " and in 5 months they are now 7 and 8"....

i did not find anything out about the paroons being brackish but i did read that they can grow to 3 feet or more:WHOA:

yep and I can't wait! we are building a house with a 1700 gallon aquarium in our basement, it's going to be so neat, I think they are very interesting fish, but since they are going in with my channel cat (and maybe someday a rtc) we wanted to just go ahead and have it built into the concrete while they are doing it all for our house....
just at this rate it's gonna take forever to get them to fill up that large of a tank, and patience is not one of my virtues :eek:

oh that is so awesome.. very very awesome and so happy for you and that your cats and others will have a wonderland to grow up in.. and it does not matter how big they grow!!:D
