Haven't thought that far ahead. Most rescues that I have I usually hold for a year. Once their yr is up and they are doing well I throw a viewing party for my local aquarium/pond club. Members of the club are welcome to take home any rescue they take a fancy to. No fees. I also sell the best of the previous yrs GF and koi spawn.
Well he can hit 10 inches in a year or so, gonna keep him in the 55 for all of his year with ya if he survives?
No if he looks like he's going to make it. I will chuck him in my 75g hospital tank for a while. It has another fish in it right now though. I have 4 hospital tanks always set up but they are all occupied right now.
If I do decide to keep him he will go in a 400g I'm working on. This is where I plan to eventually house Laz and Toni

I put the regular bubbler back in and dialed back the difuser. Will check on him again in an hr and hopefully he's still gonna be scrappy.
