Each moderator is assigned sections (a list of mods for that forum are at the bottom left corner of the forum, see pic attached). Administrators and Global Moderators can access all of the site (play nice with them lol).

I can see why they added Kevin, Liz is the only other active one I have seen in the lounge. I always a good idea to have someone moderate a section they post in. *cough couch* hybrid section
