Nics would be a good choice, so far my experience with lyonsi is that they aren't aggressive toward other fish, only themselves. How about a nice pair of Rainbow Cichlids? A nice yellow/orange pair would look great. Another nice small yellow fish is nanoluteus, they like more vegetable matter in their diet.
