Recommend me a catfish

I would worry a lot more about the Jag than the O
My O's don't really bother anyone but themselves... but my 6" Jag picks on my 15" TSN... If I was going to single out any fish, definitely single out the jag...
If you got pictus, I would leave them in the 100 and get something bigger for the 300+ Leave the JD and O in the 100 or the Jag by itself in the 100 (leaving the jag in the 100 would mean no pictus, she'll eat em fo sho!)

Well if its just a growout keep the oscar in the 100G and then put the rest and new catfish in the 300+ that should work

And that's just what I was going to say Keep the Oscar in the 100 g with maybe a FeatherFin or Suncat (if you can one the Oscar won't outgrow in 6 mo). The Oscar's going to need all that water and the Cat would be a great cleaner-upper.
