Size of heater depends on what the temp of the room is and how many degrees you need to raise the tank above that.

What do you want the temp in the tank to be?

If you consider the 200 Watt heater you have now to be dependable than just use that and see if it maintains the temp you want.

If you have your heart set on a new heater you can get a 250 Watt stealth for around $30 at most stores or around $20 online.
