Ingredients

The Omega One Facility is located on the wild and rugged coastline of Baranof Island in Southeast Alaska. We located our facility here in this remote location because it is the hub of a rich commercial fishing network. We are able to purchase our seafood ingredients directly from commercial fisherman. This is the only way to be competitive with such superior raw materials.

The salmon, herring, shrimp, and other seafood ingredients we use are food grade. The high levels of omega 3 & 6 fatty acids greatly enhance the immune system and make for incredible palatability. The skin on our whole salmon are rich in natural beta carotenes for outstanding color enhancement.

We harvest our own kelp, by hand, along the pristine Alaskan shoreline, far removed from any area of human habitation. Rich in vitamins and minerals, nothing can compare to this level of freshness.

Using fresh, cold water marine proteins and kelp, as ingredients, instead of fishmeal and a whole lot of starch (like everyone else) puts Omega One light
years ahead of any other fish food on the market. It truly is the “Best Fish Food in the World” .

Check the ingredients on your fish food. You'll find that most say "fish meal". What that means is that after fish has been stripped of it's fillets and had those sold for food or other purposes, the head, fins, guts, and bones are ground into a pulp and made into a fish food. Doesn't sound very nutritious does it?

I been wanting to use some Omega one.

I just don't like artificial color enhancers. Not that I don't feed them.. but I rather they not be in the ingredients.

That is why I like NLS. Plus with NLS I don't really have to add any B1.. Just shows even with Omega one a veried brand diet is also in order.

:D Currently I am not too picky!! it got a little tight.. And most pellets that come free are much more worth it than any!!!

Omega One uses Salmon, which has natural color enhancers, and also Astaxanthins and Carotenoids, which are found in fish as well. They just increase the concentration.

Wurm you may have sold me on OmegaOne I'm going to petsmart to buy some. Then compare the ingredients of it and a bag of massivore and see for myself. After I'll give it the fish test.

Petsmart carries Omega one? Since reading these posts ive hit several stores including the big chains and havent been able to find any :irked:. Somebody in town has to have it, this metro area is huge.
