I've always like Hikari, but it's funny...my Pbass wouldn't eat pellets, only FD shrimp and fresh fish and shrimp and of course feeders. I tried for about 2 weeks before I gave up and went back to FD shrimp.

Keep starving and offering it to them. I've never had a problem switching foods with pbass.

Mine eat everything BUT pellets. They are still young though, not a time to starve them just to get them to take pellets. I just thought ide give it a try since they eat everything else I put in there, given the benefits of pellet food. Turns out they dont like them and at this point getting them on pellets isnt necessary anyways. Just would have been nice if they took them, I would have just gave it to them occasionally as a supplement. Right now they eat market shrimp, frozen krill, bloodworms, glassworms, and feeders. Variety is the spice of life! Their juv. Firemouth tankmates are loving the leftovers lol. Im going to get some of the Omega One pellets, and continue offering them off and on. Im sure at some point they will start to take them.
