Recommended Pump for 300g

How are the darts on noise. I was thinking I should just go with a reeflo 2400 and split the return, all the reviews say their dead quite. That would be enough flow?

Depends on stocking. The snapper is rated at 2400gph before headloss. You'll probably lose anywhere from 500-1000 gph depending on how you plumb your returns and what size piping. Personally for a tank that size, I'd do a dart or super dart. Check out the reeflo site for charts and figure your headloss first, then size your pump. Each 90 counts for about 1' in addition to the length of your returns....

Reeflos are pretty quiet in general

Just remember that external pumps are always always always going to be more noisy then an internal. If you were having issues with vibrating noise with an internal then your going to hate externals.. make sure if you go internal to use flex pipes to remove vibration for about a foot before switching to hard plumb. maybe use the flex to a union then hard plumb after that.

Oh boy no wonder my mag is so load its connected to pvc only. Straight to the tank from the pump, vibration noise like crazy
