recommeneded catfish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
common cleaner cats are sun cats... some pictus species get big enough to live with bichirs.... like some have already noted, raphaels are tough enough to go with bichirs (i had a raphael live for months with my piranahs untill i got rid of em)...ompok species are awesome garbage disposals too!

How about a jurunese or a niger or a giraffe?

So far living in harmony :)

What are you feeding the senegal? I ask because mine leave nothing for anyone to scaange lol-Anne

Im feeding tubifex, blood worms, frozen artemia, canivour pellets. To be honest, I think they are polishing up the stuff that is left behind for themselves. Maybe a catfish might be too much competition for the same food?

you have to be careful when adding any other bottom feeders with poly's.i had a hoplo in my tank and it was so greedy and fast that it ate all the poly's food before they had a chance.i had to take it back to the lfs after a couple of months and they couldnt believe how big it was.

polys arent the fastest feeders in the world so be careful what you add with them.

mark.
