I sold this fish 3 years ago, and I just got it back!

It is the same size as it was 3 years ago, do you think it will recover? :O

Why does he look like he has been on a Jenny Craig diet for 20 years. Why is he laying on the bottom. Is he sick. If he is not sick and is simply emaciated then he just needs to be fed before he gets to the point where he is too weak to eat.

Wow! That guy is so malnourished! I would just feed him whatever it will eat to fatten it up and time will tell how he is.

I am not sure! According to the previous owner, it was sluggish and it won't eat, so he decided to give it back to me.

This was him 3 years ago! :o

Seem like he could have been neglected. Hopefully he is not so weak that he can not eat. If you can get some live Brine or Blood worms he may try and eat them.

Bloody hell he looks bad. Hope you can bring this dude back, I had something similar happen to one of my fish that I gave away then got back, and I regretted ever subjecting my fish to it; still feel guilty for it

Shrimp is good, but vary the diet of course. I'm told that just shrimp alone can reduce the availability of thiamine. At this point he needs all of the nutrients he can get!
