well i looked at one of my female rectics today and she has a nip out of her disc its not huge but its not small..what should i do?....should i just add some aquarium salt? thats what i was planning on doing thanks for the help

add a lil salt, turn up the heat to 85, and turn off ur lights... maybe melaflix too. GL

Also remove the nipper!

i might of been my bicher other tankmates are...3 rectics 2f/1m 1 bicher under 6" 16"+ black arow 6 clown loaches around 5" and 3 eels from 6"-12"+

i dont think it was the bicher tho

it was definatley the birchir....not to give you any bad news but if it looks like mine did it will probably die....give it two weeks to heel....if he isn't dead by then you can probably consider him lucky....min looked like this after an ornate took a small chunk out of her back left disc.......
