Flowerhorn protruding anus.

Hi everyone. I am a little concerned about a Flowerhorn I have. It hasn’t eaten in 2 weeks. Has become rather thin. Yesterday I cam home to find a large bulging protrusion out of its anus. Not sure if it’s a female but that seems too large to be it’s breeding tube. Any suggestions?

Agree...looks red and inflamed with stuck eggs attached. I had a parrot with this same issue...treated it with (regular) salt and clean water. The crust fell off after a few days.
