Did you guys even ever notice that the tag number shown is missing one digit?:D

 really?! Should it have another number or letter somewhere? Let me know and I'll go check it out and ask to see the certificate.

Why don't I go get one? Well if I hadn't just bought a new car I probably would have! However, I'm flat broke at the moment (due to buying one car before selling another, long story), so I went and bought a silver as another LFS had some nice ones for $99 (they're usually $120+ for smaller ones than mine). I figured I can't afford an asian, I've not seen a black for sale here for years (actually only once since I bought mine about 7 years ago), I can't dedicate a whole tank to a jardini (plus they're over-priced here!), so its either a silver or nothing!

lol...good observation. But I don't really know why an LFS would write the tag number on the tank. Do they offer to scan the number in front of you?

if you don't have a tanning light, some reds can take up to five years to get colour ;)

why dont u rat on the LFS so they get arrested and you get a reward from the cops and do that a few more time so u can really afford one, i don't like how they say 'red arowana' when its 1.5. still red but it would confuse new hobbyest that doesnt really know the difference.
