Agree. To be honest I couldn't even tell you where the screwed up scales were unless you pointed them out, and the tail IMO looks ok cause it looks like the bottom half is smaller to show perspective/depth. Unless you're really anal about your asian arow tattoo's it looks good. I've seen worse.
