i think that nobody has one in Brazil, nether public aquariuns!! So if MFK wil give one, I think that I will very glad to be the first brazilian to get one! :thumbsup:

But if you happen to own one in the US (regardless of how you acquired the red aro), will you be caught or jailed?
 
I bought my Super Red for $1500. It's really expensive but it's really worth it too. My avatar shows a picture of him, it's 15 inches right now.

I'm not sure who enforces these kind of things, the police certainly don't. And who would rat someone out to the proper authorities? It's a fish. Most likely the owner will get away with it I guess. I think the law is more about selling rather than owning anyway.
 
I hear the best way to smuggle one in is to ship it with coffee. Wait, that's something else.
