I don't think so... In USA or anywhere else (including Brazil) what's illegal IS illegal no matter you get caught or not. You may not be punished, but it's still illegal. My 0.02

I have to disagree I have seen great looking super red aros "in real life" that compare to those pics. Maybe the stock you are looking at isn't as bright but they are out there.

most of the red arowana you see posted on the web have the help of light to make them look so nice turn off the light and the fish is still nice but not the wow factor
