i think youll find that only green asians are found in the wild and occasionally golds but reds are a result of captive breeding - my point being this is not a wild fish! imo they should have a green in there instead of a red...
Wrong, Reds are found in the wild too. Most Asian Aro(99%) nowdays are captive bred.

whoever told you this has no clue about the history of asian aros. reds are from Indonesia and weren't as red but orange.captive breeders have focused on bringing out the red color so most captive breed aros have much more red than their wild brethren and most of the pics you see on the net of red aros with crazy red coloring are all using nan lights. the exhibit is about illegal fish not wild.
