jus curious wat it would mean when one of my red belly is upside and jus at the bottom of the tank. can someone give me sum advice as to what it would mean.... i jus did a water change for the tank but i also had them out of the tank so i can re-arange the tank and put sum more hiding places. my other 3 rbp are doin jus fine and my oscars is also doin fine......give me any good advice, or theory to solve this situation thanks:eek:

no she/he is still breathing and everything... i can't see why one would be acting like that and not the other 3????

sometime piranhas will play dead when frightened mine did that when i first put them in my tank if its not that then it is probably dead. piranhas are terratorial fish and develop their own areas in the tank so rearanging the tank is also never a good idea......

for starters...

what are your water parameters?

how long has the tank been set up?

how large of a water change did you perform?

what do you mean you "had them out of the tank"?

are your oscars in with your natts?

yes i understand that. but when i put my other 3 in there aswell, there was only one other fish and about 5 mins later he went on swimming normally. is it possible that he could slowly be dying or do u think he's not used to the rearange tank so he's very stress out and will take time for him to come around???

ok, what are your water parameters now and do you know what they were right before the water change?

how big are your natts and how big is the oscar?

i'm also still a bit curious as to what you meant by you "had them out of the tank"...

i've place them in a big bucket together well i clean the tank... i've done it several times before when they were jus juveniles
