ok, what are your water parameters now and do you know what they were right before the water change?

how big are your natts and how big is the oscar?
my nats are between 5-6 inches and my oscar is 5 inches

well first off ur tank is to small. secondly the piranha would definitly be in stress. it"ll very from fish to fish for how long and having an oscar in the mix isnt the best idea. will he eat? and what do u feed? do u feed live? or pellets/LFS meat?
and what are ur water parameters?

i've place them in a big bucket together well i clean the tank... i've done it several times before when they were jus juveniles
you really shouldn't do that, when you rearrange or clean the tank, you should keep them in there because it puts an incredible amount of stress on your fish while you are netting them out as well as when they are sitting in the bucket.

did you refill the tank with water before or after you put your piranhas back in?

agreed. it is extremely stressfull and tiring for the piranha to be netted. not to mention problably a bugger for u to do. i would recomend skipping that part next time.

if i had to make a guess, i would say that your fish is upside down because he is in shock due to the incredible amount of stress your fish were just subjected to.

since you asked for a solution to your problem, i'll do my best to give you one...

for starters, you need a bigger tank, a much bigger tank... minimum 75 gallons for that many natts, having that many fish in that small of a tank is a horrible idea. you also need to take that oscar out of that tank immediately, it does not belong in the tank with your natts, all they are doing is creating more stress for each other. those are the two biggest things you need to fix, and they need to be fixed right away.

you also need to just leave your fish in your tank, netting them out and placing them in buckets during tank maintenance is totally unnecessary, don't even take them out to take pictures or to measure them, it just puts way too much stress on them.

i understand so wat should i do with my one piranha that is upside down??? is he consider dead on the verge of dying??? will he ever recover??

it's really hard to say, especially without knowing the exact cause, without knowing your water parameters, i can only guess... if it is just shock from the stress of moving them around, he may just need some time to recover, but if your water params are out of whack, you may need to do something else to try to help him along.

if you have a hospital tank set up, you could try putting him in there, but chances are the process of taking him out and moving him into another tank would probably just stress him out even more. personally, i would just give him some time and see what happens, just keep the lights off on the tank and try to keep activity to a minimum around the tank.

just give him time and see what happens, if all your other fish are acting fine, chances are that one is just extremely stressed out. if he doesn't recover, hopefully you'll learn from it and correct the mistakes you've made, but hopefully he'll pull through and he can enjoy a nice big tank along with the others in the near future.
