red blood parrot problems

I can't tell if that's red gills or lighting/coloration. Looks a little bloatey. Not sure on anything though.

Ok I think I might know the problem(this is just an option), I recently discovered some small sores in her head. They are like these little dots in her head between her eyes and around her face. Is this HITH?

The six/eight dots are normal, all my BPs have em.
