Oriqua why do you have to call people names or get hostile when someone simply has a different opinion? No need to put others or other fish down. I live firemouths and actually all cichlids. There is no need for this.

Every single thread this guy posts is him showing off his festae, which admittedly are beautiful, but then he gets super aggravated any time anyone asks him a simple, legitimate question. And in regards to the firemouth nonsense, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I mean how many people would walk right past a Chancho because it's not "colorful"? When that same fish would make someone else's heart skip a beat. Then he claims other people are "low level hobbyists", in an attempt to quantify something that is completely subjective. Meanwhile he has a pair of Festae in a 75 gallon tank.

Seriously, no idea what your problem is. I don't recall anyone saying that your pair of festae aren't beautiful...because they ARE beautiful. No one used the words average or "not special". They are a great looking pair. They just don't look all that different from other great looking pairs that I've seen to the point of giving them some ridiculous flowerhorn-like name.
