It's ok if you say you don't like it. Unique is what a person would say if they don't like the look of another person belongings.:ROFL:
 
comparing it to a non paper covered regular bare bottom tank i'd say yay just use some orange and it'd look sweet

The ture beauty of fish tanks - you can decorate them how ever you want.

So where are the pic's with purple paper? Light urple might look good.
 
I see where you are going with the red. As an artist IMO if you are gonna use red in any way go all the way! It is such a powerful color. Get some natural red rocks or add some accent plants in the same color family. I have an electric blue background on my tank for my rbp's and it offsets the orange/reddish color of their torsos quite nicely.
