me and my friend each took ten shots of expresso daring each other, we actually chuged them. that had us wired. me pee smelled exactly like a starbucks. my friend thought he was gonna die he went to see his mom whos a nurse because his pulse went through the roof lol

the least amount of caffiene ever consumed that required hospitalization was 2 grams
these drinks have milligrams of caffiene in them
energy shots have only 80 mg in it.

caffiene jitters and side effects usually occur at 300 mg for most people

80 mg really is a puny amount when compared to other energy drinks.

you really need to use pills to get in serious trouble.

its all about the other crap they put in the drink. i cant even drink rockstar anymore it makes me sick after half a can.

I eat a healthy diet and I can keep going for about 25, or 26 hours without sleep before I'm tired. That doesn't mean I want to though. so really I have enough energy lol.
